SNOW DAY TOMORROW!!!!!!!!! Woo Hoo!!
Boy, did I ever need that!!! After I finished up the cardio walking I was woozy, overly sweaty, legs felt like lead and a little dizzy too. Still feel wiped out. Think I needed more protein. Had a 3 egg omelet and felt a bit better. A good 8 hours of sleep will make all the difference - the good news is that the snow day will give me those 8 hours of rest!
Had a real good day and didn't feel 'off' until the very end of the day.
Mileage: 9.16 miles
