Last night I did my first coach Nicole video for the 28 day Challenge. It's been a long time since I've done a workout video. I felt it today too, but not in a bad way. Just an "hey I forgot there were muscles there" way.

It was probably crazy to start the Challenge while I was sick but I did , so I will press along.

I'm still looking for a good heart rate monitor, with intentions to get more from my workouts. And putting focus on more quality to the calories I consume.
