I decided to try something new to help me from the late night snacks. I've taken to brushing my teeth after dinner. We'll see how it works out.
I kind of fell off the food log wagon and I'm disappointed in myself, but I'm working on getting back on. It's tough.
My sister asked me the other day if she could join me as a guest at my gym every so often. She's wanting to get healthier too. I'd love to have her, honestly, first step is finding out if I can bring a guest. Next step is getting her schedule and mine lined up so we can hit the elliptical machines in unison!
Can I just say I can't wait until the time changes so that I can get back out and walk my dogs and go for walks myself.
