Spot check on status

So, today is a day to do a spot check on how Iím doing on this weekís goals on the 5% Firecrackers Team. Itís been hit and miss, Iím afraid. Sleep is still an elusive goal, as is closing down electronics by 9:00. For example, itís 9:24 pm right now, and I just got back from the gym at 9:15 and want to do my Sparking for the day.

Aside from that, Iíve found that biking every morning is too much, so Iím alternating it with walking. Thatís working out well, and the weather is cooperating this week with warmer temperatures predicted until at least Sunday. The Spring melt will be on, and that in itself is encouraging!

Iím doing some meditation, and bought a CD with a few different types of meditation to try out, including some short ones that are appropriate for a work environment. Too early to see if thatís helping, though.

Overall, Iím satisfied with how things are going, and look forward to continued improvements.

    Yes, indeed. I can empathize with the winding down only to realize that there's SP posting, tracking, and/or assignments to do. Look at my time stamp--we should both be in bed!
