How am I doing? um, well...

I don't know if it is my meds or if I am just totally burned out, but I just don't seem motivated to do anything! I did get in bed earlier last night, but when I woke up at my usual time to go to the Y, I just didn't. I am eating well at mealtimes, but have been having trouble snacking and eating the junk left in the teacher's area of the cafeteria and at my workshop yesterday. I am always feeling hungry. Didn't make it to the grocery tonight due to the girls' soccer commitments that I'd forgotten about. Maybe tomorrow after my faculty meeting?

Tomorrow's lunch: veggie soup & maybe a salad if i can talk dh into bringing me one!

finishing my requirements for graduation on May 10, working on requirements for two different long-term workshops, looking forward to spring break and a nice long summer off!

    we always have homemade goodies in our workroom, and our cooks bake us fresh cookies everyday...it IS hard to leave it all alone

    You do have SO much going on! I guess it's not surprising that your system goes through seasons of rebellion. Teachers have a LOT to juggle during the school year, & when you're also a parent it must be really crazy-making at times.

Here's to inching a little closer to health day by day--& forgiving ourselves for all the little failures along the way!

    After reading your blogs for this week, I see that you are really busy. Mid week isn't called Hump day for nothing. It's like getting over that hump makes it easier to face the rest of the week.

I add black beans and barley to my veggie soup for added protein, fiber and a full tummy for a longer time.

I love the blogging challenge! Just wish I had time to read everyone.

I'm looking forward to reading you for the rest of the week!
