Ok, so motivation is back, which is great, and hopefully I'm out of the funk for a while. I've bumped up the intensity of my workouts from moderate to challenging, and I'm feeling great so far. I'm so excited again, that I'm starting a list of things I'd like to do for myself as a reward, like a tattoo, or a bracelet, or getting my hair done, something wild and fun! I just need to determine some goal numbers and deadlines to pinpoint everything. I really feel like my life is getting on track!
