Well, I was up early this morning. I decided to cook my chicken breast and watch a show I had taped on Sunday. The next thing I knew if was time to leave for work. I didn't have a lunch packed and I had not eaten breakfast. I ate only my food today and that was a challenge. On the way home my mind kept reminding me of places I could stop. I was so afraid that I would eat something that I shouldn't that I didn't stop anywhere. Came home and did 10 minutes of Wii Free step and 10 minutes of resistance band exercise. This was not a stellar fitness accomplishment but I added minutes to my team challenges. Tomorrow's weigh in.
