Well, I was up early this morning. I decided to cook my chicken breast and watch a show I had taped on Sunday. The next thing I knew if was time to leave for work. I didn't have a lunch packed and I had not eaten breakfast. I ate only my food today and that was a challenge. On the way home my mind kept reminding me of places I could stop. I was so afraid that I would eat something that I shouldn't that I didn't stop anywhere. Came home and did 10 minutes of Wii Free step and 10 minutes of resistance band exercise. This was not a stellar fitness accomplishment but I added minutes to my team challenges. Tomorrow's weigh in.

    Good for you for heading straight home and doing exercises instead of hitting the refrigerator! I bet you were super hungry with having no breakfast or packing a lunch. Feel proud of yourself for avoiding to those temptations of stopping someplace to grab something. You worked through that tough time and YOU MADE IT! It just proves how strong you are. As a suggestion, you might want to prepare your lunch the night before so it's ready to go. As for breakfast, I make up some egg muffins in advance and freeze them so they can be a grab & go if I'm running behind. This way I don't have excuses to skip breakfast. Even grabbing an apple with a little peanut butter is better than nothing. Good luck!
