7 weeks, 16 pounds and 4 % body fat

In seven weeks and I've lost 16 pounds and 4% body fat. The dietician was amazed with my progress, normally she said she see's a 1% drop in body fat for every 10lbs, so my 4% was attributed to the fact that I am making all the right changes, diet, cardio & strength training. In my group I mentioned Spark
and how the tracking , blogging and the different tools have helped.
