Just Out of It

Tuesday, March 05, 2013

I am just out of it. No specific reason. I'm not sad or depressed. I'm taking my vitamins and eating healthy. I'm still staying on my plan but I have zero energy. My last workout was Saturday and even though I finished, my body did not show up to meet my mind. Last time I felt like this I had to take a rest week and just stop with the fitness. My mind doesn't want to accept that but I am just not feeling like doing much of anything right now... emoticon

Above all things, listen and honor your bod. If your bod is dictating a break, then take it. Rest is as much a part of being healthy as is being active-- all things in moderation-- a little of this, a little of that. Keep us clued in as to how we can help out, either with motivation, prodding, or zen meditation...

Do what you gotta do! Give yourself the physical and mental rest you need. emoticon

If you need rest your body will see that you get it somehow. Just take it easy. I also hope you are sleeping well. It sure makes a difference.

emoticon Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. If that means taking a rest week then do that. Give yourself permission to just BE for a while. I know you'll come through this. emoticon
