Well, yesterday wasn't that amazing. Didn't reach my steps goal, however did get 450 kettlebell swings done, as well as my Pilates. I had so many things to catch up on since it was my day off from work, so the steps didn't get done. Oh well....moving on!

20 min of Pilates done
Struggling with feeling disappointment in myself, but, in an effort to work on my new habit, I'm allowing myself to not be perfect and trying harder today.
