How are you doing day by day?

**Add strength training back into my workout
-So far, not great. I really miss exercise but I'm, you guessed it, still sick. I can't seem to get this cough to go away.

**Less sweets/candy/sugar
-Not bad. I did have a cookie today, but I planned for it and stayed within my calories. Yesterday I did great. I think the rest of the week should be fine. We had a meeting today and my boss had me order cookies and coffee.

I'm hoping to get back on track once this head cold is gone..... Come on Spring! emoticon

Great job on staying on track with your diet!

Good luck with the cold. It's been a rough year for illness. My kids have been so sick this year! Spring is almost here! (Despite the snow outside our house)!
