So today I entered my food for today in the tracker. I made sure not to leave out anything. I was so shocked at what I saw! How many calories and fat I consumed in dinner alone! I knew it was a bad choice eating out. But after a long day, I just did not feel like cooking. Boy do I regret it! I am going to keep up entering my meals. I see how I gain weight now. over 3900 calories! I need better control! I was just tired and starving!
