    emoticon I guess that's what I've been doing recently and not even knowing it. The last time I did Chalean Extreme I hurt myself by trying to lift too much weight and not focusing on my form. I learned a big lesson from that! Now, if I feel like I can increase the weight I'm lifting I do and if I feel like it's too much I'll go back and then try again another time. I've also really been trying to focus on my form so that I don't hurt myself again. So far it's paying off and I'm getting stronger to boot! emoticon
