Day by Day

How am I doing day by day? I think pretty well. Sundays-Thursdays I am most focused on both nutrition and fitness. I do great until about 4 pm Friday, which is about when date night begins and it's the one night that I make about as wise of choices as I can, but I don't count calories. Saturday night may or may not be a date night, depending on what DH and I decide we want to do. As far as fitness, I rarely take a break and get in a minimum of 20 minutes each day.

    You really do know yourself. I wish I could say I have been as dedicated with my exercise regiment - I haven't. I have so much I need to work on when I get home, that before I know it it's already 10 p.m. emoticon

    Sounds like me. Friday night is date night and Saturdays are iffy. Exercise is much better for me on the weekend though. Keep up the great work!
