Day by Day

How am I doing day by day? I think pretty well. Sundays-Thursdays I am most focused on both nutrition and fitness. I do great until about 4 pm Friday, which is about when date night begins and it's the one night that I make about as wise of choices as I can, but I don't count calories. Saturday night may or may not be a date night, depending on what DH and I decide we want to do. As far as fitness, I rarely take a break and get in a minimum of 20 minutes each day.
