#3 New Healthy Habit:Eating more fruits and veggies

I did very well today. I carried out with my plan for breakfast. Then I went out to lunch and insisted on having my food measured and I got my request(big tip).
I had 2 out of three meals with fruit and veggies not bad.
I see planning works. I am going to plan now for tomorrow.
