Looks like it will be a long week. I got to the gym today, but only ran 3.5 miles. That's okay, I ran 2.5 miles yesterday. It looks like I will be able to get to the gym 5 days this week, so I am going a little easier on the workouts. I HAVE to get my bloodwork done tomorrow before I go to the gym. I was supposed to get it done last Monday, but it kept slipping my mind only after the lab was closed. I walked Cooper about 10 miles today, so he is a happy pooch.
How am I doing day to day at getting ready to run outside? I guess I am doing everything possible to get into shape for it. I run on the treadmill at the gym when I go, and walking the dog strengthens my ankles.
I am off to watch TV with my neighbor. Have a good night!
