day 8 and 9 in the making

hi all yesterday was another wonderful day. I hit my goal of no drinks other than water and greent tea and a cup of lemoade. Today I ran another 5.10 miles, did my jm kickboxing dvd and did 50 push ups. It feels so good to be still on track. I am ready and cant wait to run tomorrow. Two reason's why im ancy and im sure i have mentioned it before, reason one is i luv to run and reason two is i will be one step closer to my goal. I hope to see some sort of change by the end of this month. If not im still gonna keep on pushing cause just becasue I dont notice it dose not mean that im not losing. I know i probably wont see the difference i will notice when my close start to get loser and loser. Any who im off my soap box..lol gotta get to class I will ttyt :-)
