I'm doing pretty good, I'd say. My scale says down 2 lbs, but it plays tricks on me. That did motivate me to dance and run around the house as much as I could before leaving for the day.
I shopped for limited produce - I hate waste. I did great just buying enough. I cleaned out the icebox yesterday so was anticipating coming home and just putting things away like organized folks do.
Instead I had garbage, poop and pee to clean up. When I finally got to heat up the dinner I made this morning I barely tasted it. I was still seething.
No emotional eating for me tonight. Just do what I have to and call it a night.
PS. The fitbit gets left in the other room and not on my arm at night. I was aware of it like Big Brother was watching and it made me very uncomfortable.
