I'm still struggling with moderate portion sizes of things I really love. Scale hasn't moved at all despite still consistent exercise. I plan to eat a little less this week and have committed to not buying more than a single serving of any sweet food because I apparently just can't handle it right now. I'm also working with various articles to curb my emotional eating. It is often the most fun part of my day and it also fills loneliness on days I don't have anyone to hang out with that is what makes the night "special" or relaxing. I feel confident though that I've maintained tracking and thoughtfulness about what I am eating and have eaten out less. I have also earned more trophies and such for the Month of February than ever in my spark history. Things are moving in the right direction if I can just make certain behavioral changes stick for good.
