MARATHON Training WK9 - Plan Deviation

It was a whirlwind training week last week for marathon training. Because of my unscheduled 20 mile run, I was at least smart enough to scale back my training week to accommodate the longer run than expected. It all turned out okay and I am finally starting to not dread this marathon training process or the actual marathon itself.
Here are the stats...
Monday - rest
Tuesday - 5M run outside, 44 minutes
Wednesday - 4M treadmill run, 33:20
Thursday - rest
Friday - rest
Saturday - 20MILES
Sunday - rest
SEE, very low workout week. This week I have to run 17 miles but my mileage throughout the week is a bit higher.
The start of the month has been okay but not perfect, Sunday I failed miserably on my no soda rule and the day before my 20M race I carbed up but I am thinking I need to carb up in a more healthy way next time.
Anyhow, boring blog, but I'm being accountable at least!
