Today's question is... How am I doing day by day?
So far I believe I am doing great. I am taking this 5% challenge day by day. Do as I can and pushing myself little bit farther everyday. Since day 1. I have been exercising every day. And eating as I have planed for lower end of my calories. And drinking good amount of my water as well. I am so great full, form the first day I joined this challenge. The amount of loss in weight is going slow rate then I wish. But I am still happy for the lost. I have started to think as weight loss is a bonus of getting healthier. I am great full that this challenge has gave me a opportunity to make some new habits. These my new habits will help me get to my goal. And these newly formed habits will become my new healthy living style for life.
I am getting better day by day for my eating choice, calorie control, as well as my daily exercise. I feel healthier day by day. More I get healthier, I feel happier. I call this, " a win win situations !! " *\(^o^)/*
