Day 2- Be Mindful....

Being mindful helps to keep mindless eating from happening.
I am starting to understand I need to start being aware at all times.
This morning I measured out my cereal and added my banana.
(I went only one cornflake over so that isn't a big deal.)
We also had a good baked potato with ham and cheese for lunch.
Didn't really over do the toppings and stopped at one potato.
Plus, the TV dinner I ate had one lasagna in it under 300 calories.
(Desert was one thin slice of coconut cake. From grandmother of course).
It is a good start and I will keep vigilant the rest of the night.
