Welcome to the 4th installment of the WiS5% Challenge Team Blog Saga!
I love today's question!
Sat. I decided my "new habit" (which is not new just needs to be reinstated) was going to be adding ST (strength training) to my walking regimen.
Sun. In spite of the lateness of the evening, I did 3 rounds of 3 exercises (Squats with dumbbells, Hammer Curls, and full planks). And yes, I warmed up before doing them.
Mon. Once again I pushed ST to the end, barely squeezing it in and not hardly wanting to... I once again did 3 rounds of 3 exercises (push ups on my knees, shoulder presses with dumbbells, and single arm dumbbell bent over rows (both sides). I also did a warm up prior to execution.
Tonight.. I have to give a Bible Study to a mother and daughter and I teach music class in a few minutes. So in order to make sure I'm in bed at a decent hour, I will have to be sure all exercise takes place between 2-6 p.m. I am determined to get it together.
On the downside... pre-TOM is killing my calorie intake... and the fact that I haven't bought any salad fixins also contributes to this crazy eating! So I'm eating WAAAAY too many calories and they are mainly CARBS. YIKES!!! 2 days in a row.
