Forgot to blog yesterday!
I did my yoga challenge yesterday morning.
I'm actually starting to really like morning workouts. Pretty surprised by that, but it's been getting really hard to do my workouts in the afternoon after work. All I want to do is get home and relax.
But at the same time, I can't get up any earlier to workout before I go to work, so I can really only do it on days I'm not working.
Confusing to schedule!
Today I did half of day 3 in the morning. I got up a little too late to finish it even though it was only about 22 minutes long. I remembered to complete it just now, after a REALLY long day of meetings in the office.
The scale was a little nicer this morning, but I feel like I'm just losing and gaining the same couple of pounds over and over again.
I think I sprained my ankle.
It's been bothering me for over a week, but it's getting to be a really sharp, bad pain. I've been limping a little and adjusting which is now bothering my hip and lower back!! Does it never end?
Last night I gave my man a haircut.
It was pretty funny because I've never cut hair before and he was sitting there all nervous. I was empowered!
It came out really good though, and he likes it! Great success!
I miss the longer hair though. It wasn't "long", but I like it.
Tonight it's my turn, I fully expect a foot massage and dinner made.
So 3 days down, 18 to go.
I feel like some are really boring and harder. It would be nice if it started with more basic possitions. I don't remember many of these from my class, but I do remember the basic ones that everyone does.
It's very different each day too, so it's harder to get used to. But I'll do my best, and at least it's something right?
Fitbit has been smiling at me all day.
Lots of walking between meetings!
