Merriam-Webster states the definition of a holy grail is a goal that is sought after for its great significance.
We all want to be at a healthy weight. But, something has been haunting me over the last 6 months. I’ve come to the conclusion that I simply want more. I want … to be fit. Unfortunately, healthy weight does NOT necessarily mean you are fit.
To be truly fit.
I don’t want to be satisfied with meeting the average standards. I am already in better shape than I have been in years, not necessarily thinner but definitely more fit. I recently went on a 1 mile walk that had more than 25 floors of steps and I did it 2.5 times. Not any of my closest friends could do that. I am not that special, and I know I can do more.
There are many sources that define true FITness. Over the next weeks and months I am going to blog my findings and try to formulate a plan to implement them.
