How are you doing day by day?

Like most things that don't come easily, day by day is a good description of how I deal with my goal of planning in order to eat healthy.

Some days I am very glad that SP has a menu planner option on the food tracker. When I feel a bit lazy it is nice to let someone else do the work for me.

Today I was lucky. I went to the store yesterday, before the snowstorm hit, and I am set for the next two days.
