On this day of the week blog journey I am to share how the day by day changes I am implementing are working. I am working to bring variety to my exercise routine, increase my fiber intake and decrease the amount of fats in my daily diet.
So far I think I am doing great on this daily journey. For the last 3 days I have added in intervals on my exercise bike, gone for 2 walks with my DH with one of them being at a local lake so a change of scenery was very encouraging too! I also have increased my fiber daily and by adding in smoothies, salads, soup with veggies and beans and purchased some new crackers that were higher in fiber too. I have stayed in range for my fat intake on my spark nutrition trackig as well. I am also doing well with these goals today!!
I am enjoying using this daily blog to keep me sharing as well as keeping me accountable to these needed health changes and I am hopeful that after one week these changes will become a permanent part of my healthy lifestyle!!!
