I watched a video today on ways to improve your eating habits. Some of the points I'm already doing such as drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I've also been making sure to eat more lean protein in my meals and snacks. Snacks are no longer junk. There is something nutritional such as calcium or protein.
There are two points that I do plan to work on. The first was eating more meals at home. We do pretty good at this; however, I do eat a lot of lunches out.
The second point was to each less processed foods. Again, I'm not terrible at this. But again, when I do eat in, I tend to eat frozen dinners. Time to prepare salads and healthy lunches the night before.
Small changes = big results over time!
