So how am I doing - day by day???? Am I incorporating my new water habit into my life? I am. I have not missed drining at least 9 glasses daily since the start of this challenge. So far today, 4, but will have 2 more down before I leave the office. I really fell like it makes a difference, and I am going to do my best to keep this up. However, I am now thining I should have made a committment to food tracking... I'm guessing that will come up as a weekly challenge later in this 8 week cycle. But one habit at a time... I am building a healthier me, one water glass, one healthy meal, and one exercise at a time!
