Pole Classes Aren't Just For Strippers!

Tuesday, March 05, 2013

Yes, people think that pole dancing is only for strippers. That in order to be able to do it, you have to be a size 2, big boobs, long legs, and long blond hair. WRONG!

I have been going to a local pole fitness class in the last couple of months. The individuals that are taking this class range from your average joe, to the obese and elderly. Seriously! My class yesterday had 2 women in their 60's! If they can do it so can you!

There are several different classes you can take. Strength training, flexibility, intervals, dance, pole tricks, and cardio. The instructors are amazing and SO friendly! If you are anywhere in Sandy, have to check this place out!

Unfortunately, I am only able to go a couple days a week due to being a full time mom of 3. I would go everyday if I could! The results that I have seen are unbelievable. I can't wait till that is me!

Let me know if you have any questions about it. I will be happy to answer them!

I used to be a pole dancer. I loved it. I think that it is a great workout. I even thought of doing competition dancing. I did this upside down move that was unheard of. I think that I need to get one installed in my bedroom.
