"Just do it!" attitude

Yesterday afternoon I headed off for my penultimate allergy shot. Can't believe I just have one more shot left! I was planning to go to the gym later that day, but then I realized, "Why wait? I was already dressed in a T-shirt, pants, and sneakers." So I went to the gym directly from the doctor's office. I had a good workout -- 20 minutes on the recumbent bike, 10 minutes of stretching, and 30 minutes of weight training. However, I need to push myself harder on the weight training because I was not sore at all the next morning.

Goals for today
1. at least 1 hour at the gym
2. 1 hour of walking dogs
3. clean house
4. do laundry
5. use daily planner for next few days
6. drink 3 liters of water
7. 10 minutes of meditation on yoga mat
8. go to bed no later than 10:30 pm
9. set alarm for 5:10 am for early morning workout on Wednesday

    Awesome goals, and I love your "get it done" attitude!

Also, thank you for your advice on my last entry; just logging in once a day to do small stuff is helping.
