how I'm doing

well, I have yet to do a full 30 min. work out this week. BUT, I have found some very positive encouragement from my sparkfriends! You guys definitely lift me up. and I do feel that I continue to eat pretty well. I do stay consistent with that. If I could stay consistent with working out I think I would see some consistent weight loss. I know the eating is going well because my diabetes is finally doing better and my health over all is pretty good. But if I got some weight off I could reduce my meds. So that is really my focus now. so to just develop that habit-consistent exercise!!!!
