Keeping it up

Still going - still no laptop.

Gained last week - oops!
But lost most of it this week.

On a new workout now and feeling the benefits.
Doing the following:
Squats
Bench press
Bent over rows
Overhead press
Stiff legged deadlift
Upright rows
Calf raises

All weighted. Starting light because there are lifts I haven't done before and I can feel it lol

Found this programme on a bodybuilding site and it was just what I was looking for. Built in deload etc comes highly recommended and included an training on rest days.

Will hopefully have more progress pics soon too :)

    Using bodybuilding.com They have a few beginners routines listed in the forums and this one seems to have good reviews and was the sort of thing I was looking for. emoticon

    That is great! I am going to start a weight lifting regime here soon once I am finished with my current routine at the end of March. What site did you end up using? I have a few that I am looking at to get something going for me when the time comes.
