Still going - still no laptop.
Gained last week - oops!
But lost most of it this week.
On a new workout now and feeling the benefits.
Doing the following:
Bent over rows
Stiff legged deadlift
All weighted. Starting light because there are lifts I haven't done before and I can feel it lol
Found this programme on a bodybuilding site and it was just what I was looking for. Built in deload etc comes highly recommended and included an training on rest days.
Will hopefully have more progress pics soon too :)
