It's winter and the weight is not coming off. I know why but can't seem to kick the bad habits.
On Sparkcoach today, I was asked in the video to think about why I want to lose weight.
Well it's not to look good, though that is a great benefit.
1. I am turning 60 in a month or two. I want an active old age and I must say that the 20 pounds gone and the exercise are working on that score.
2. I want to live longer to play with my grandchildren and watch them grow up.
3. I'm not done yet with my goals,whether writing or travelling or politics
4. I want to enjoy life and getting less pain in my back and hip would be the same bonus that not having my knees hurt now gives me.
