Current weight x .05 then take that number and subtract it from current weight to see where your 5% goal would be (the number you get when multiplying current weight by .05 is the # of pounds you need to lose)

Your weight loss ticker shows your weight as 158; so 5% is roughly 8 pounds

Heh I spent at least 15 minutes trying to figure this out, before I figured that 5% is just half of 10%, which is so easy to work out.

If your current weight is say 190 - then 10% is 19 and 5% would be 9.5 - easy peasy!
