What will I do to start this new habit

Yesterday I read a suggestion to do wallies (push ups done by placing hands on the wall) everytime I went to the bathroom. I did and it was easy I also found a group of exercises for people who sit a lot here on Sparks.
Today I did those exercises. I thought I couldn't do plank and side plank but I was able to do them. Maybe doing these will help my back pain
