Like a boss?

I have been doing cardio and weights daily for the past week and a half almost (sundays I do yoga only) and I haven't lost a thing, I have been eating right as well, hopefully I am just gaining muscle like a boss lol. I put my scale away so I won't be depressed by the number this week. Weighing in on friday again.

    The last few times I've restarted, it's taken about 2-3 weeks for my body to start registering a loss. Sometimes I think it's just the shock to your body. Even now, the choices I make this week likely won't be reflected on the scale until next week. Congrats on the food/workout streak...keep it up!

    Sending positive thoughts. Keep at it, eventually the scale will give up and release the true numbers showing your progress. In the meantime, measure your progress in other ways.
