Holy cow things have been super hectic around here lately. I have barely had any time to myself. Between work, things going on at home, and different events I have barely had any time to myself. I have been really good with my food intake and tracking my calories though. Also making sure I am eating balanced meals. Insanity has been going good. I have missed two workouts due to time constraints, but I hope to make those up. I tried to get up early this morning and workout instead of when I get home from work... but alas that never works for me. I wish I was a morning person, but I don't think that is something I can change about myself. I am not going to take an "off" day this Sunday and make up one of the workouts. I am getting close to the end and I want to make sure I am putting in full effort! I have a goal of 180lbs by the end of the month/end of Insanity. I am only 5lbs away, and I still have 25 days to do it! Then hopefully I can buy some new clothes.
I am hoping this is the year I hit my goal weight. I have broken down my goals and put dates to them to help me stick to them:
180 - March 31st
170 - May 18th
160 - June 29th
150 - August 11th (I chose the 11th because it my hubbys birthday.)
That is only 35lbs in 5 months.... which is definitely do-able! Woohoo!
