Ok so I am a little late posting this. I decided to only weigh myself once a month because it stresses me out to much to see a bunch of fluctuating weights. So starting now I am not even looking at the scale until I do my monthly weigh-in. As of March 1st I am still 189.2 lbs, so I pretty much lost nothing weight wise. I did take pictures of myself on February 1st and again on March 1st to compare in the hopes that if I have one of these moments where no loss is noted or even gain weight I can see if their is a visible difference for myself. (** sorry won't share them because I am Muslim hope you understand**) There was definitely a difference in my pictures. So the weight must have shifted around somehow to different places I guess. My stomach was definitely flatter.
On another note I think I may need to have my thyroid checked since I not only just had a baby 10 months ago but also a pregnancy loss 2 months ago. I read that sometimes women can go hypothyroid after pregnancy so maybe that is why it's hard for me to lose weight?? I don't know but I am looking into it.
