strength training today

Todays work out consisted of strength training using my jillian micheals DVD, which consisted of work out 3. Talk about ouch! ive been doing so much cardio work lately that i just skipped the strength training and forgetting how much it actually hurts and burns! and trust me i feel the burn! turns out, i should have been doing it all along to help tone and shape my body along with my cardio. I worked up quite a sweat today. Tommarow will be a cardio day, since i am off work tommarow i will head to the gym in the morning.

Im still looking forward to my body media fit comming.....its been 2 days since i ordered it...and im hoping it comes by the end of the week.....patience is a virtue i know...but im so excited for it to come i cant help but not be patient. SO READY FOR THIS!!! :)
