I bought a bunch of workout DVDs last week. I have decided to review them.
The first one that I have tried is The Biggest Loser - Last Chance Workout. It was okay. Jillian Micheal is the instructor. However, she does not do any leading. She just talks and walks around the room. They use people from the show the biggest loser. However, they are not in sync which makes it hard to follow. Also, there is no instructions on how to do the exercises. I do like the idea of 30 second intervals. 30 seconds of intense cardio followed by 30 seconds of weights. I helps me catch my breath. The actual individual exercises that you do help. I was a bit sore afterwards, but I do not feel any soreness this morning. It is set up for a 6 week program 6 days a week. I have not progressed past the first day. But I am curious to see how the other weeks compare. According to the DVD it says you can lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks. That is 5 pounds a week. I don't think so. But we will see when I finish it. If I finish it. I have plenty other ones coming in and I might get bored of this one if it is the same things over and over.
