What is my problem???

Tuesday, March 05, 2013

I went to this baby shower on Sunday and I didn’t do too well. I had too many desserts, plus 2 servings of cake, I exercise no portion control. I feel pretty bad that I could not control myself after i promoise myself i wold not have any cake and only have the food, that wasn't that healthy to begin with. Clearly social situations are a problem for me, at home I do well, during the week I do well as long as I don’t go out to a restaurant or I am exposed to foods I don’t normally eat. This is a problem and I need to do something about it emoticon . Any suggestions? This month I am also attending two more baby showers and a weeding in 10 days and I MUST do well. I mean I work soo hard to lose so little I cannot afford to be laly gaging like this.

I am doing well with my works outs. I have a routine going for strength training and cardio which motivates me to do better with my nutrition and staying on track. I work out 5 days a week. Yesterday I broke my all-time record and did a 2 min plank! Woot woot!! lol emoticon

Try to start looking at foods as if they are cheap and your too good for them. LOL laugh but I look at cakes sometimes and analyze them. Is the frosting good, I mean really good? Is the cake moist, fluffy, flavorful? Do they have something else I like to eat instead? Can I take myself out after to get frozen yogurt? Or yeah this is also wrong. Did I just see a little kid or even adult touch the food and lick their fingers and touch again? LIKE EWWWW.

I always go for cheese and crackers and olives and hummus first because there is so much more and it tastes great. Cake or any dessert I want to taste like a Top Chef in this case Baker made it. Get snoody with your food. Your body is a temple so you only place delicate, rich, beautiful, pieces of art in it (IE food)
