I went to this baby shower on Sunday and I didnít do too well. I had too many desserts, plus 2 servings of cake, I exercise no portion control. I feel pretty bad that I could not control myself after i promoise myself i wold not have any cake and only have the food, that wasn't that healthy to begin with. Clearly social situations are a problem for me, at home I do well, during the week I do well as long as I donít go out to a restaurant or I am exposed to foods I donít normally eat. This is a problem and I need to do something about it
. Any suggestions? This month I am also attending two more baby showers and a weeding in 10 days and I MUST do well. I mean I work soo hard to lose so little I cannot afford to be laly gaging like this.
I am doing well with my works outs. I have a routine going for strength training and cardio which motivates me to do better with my nutrition and staying on track. I work out 5 days a week. Yesterday I broke my all-time record and did a 2 min plank! Woot woot!! lol
