5% Winter Challenge
How are you doing day by day?
It is how I approach everything... day by day.
So far, for this challenge, things are going well. Last week, I was shy 2 miles of my 10 mile walking goal. This week, I WILL meet my 10 mile goal. I have to because my goal for weeks 3 & 4 of the challenge is 12 miles/week. Like one of my teammates, I want a GOLD STAR for reaching this weeks goal!! :)
I am enjoying walking and really want to get this HABIT FORMED before the hot summer weather comes. If the habit is established by then, it will be harder for me to make excuses about 'how hot it is outside'!!!
