Tuesday, March 05,2013 How am I doing day by day?

Tuesday, March 05, 2013

Today, I feel fantastic. Woke up energetic, looking forward to a productive, healthy eating day.

Planning to juice some of my veggies, I bought yesterday, to consume within the next 12 hours after juicing them. I store in covered mason jars in the frig, separately, then combine depending on the taste I am desiring at the moment.

Hoping to make some flaxseed pancakes up to have on hand, also. This is a maybe for today, because my son is off today so if I get to spend time with him I will. That is more fun and I get extra walking in, also.

Have a wonderful day!

wow! What kind of juicer do you have? I am looking into getting one as well as a food processor. The blender and bullet are just not cutting it.

I will have to try the flaxseed pancakes - the kids love pancakes and I love flaxseed! win win!

So happy for you, that's the best way to wake up! I haven't juiced since last summer, I'll have to dust off my juicer and get back into the swing of sounds like it's working really well for you!

I like the idea of mixing as you go, so you're not stuck with the same flavor all day. Awesome!
Flaxseed pancakes sound soooo good, too. Do you have a recipe you could share that you like? I'd love to try!
