Weight: 117.2 pounds
I've lost 3 pounds since I last posted on January 7, but I was battling to get back here until I returned to Cycle One last Monday. Today I am on day 9 of the Cycle. It's going well, though I haven't been perfect.
On January 7 my posted goal was to get back to 117. My goal now is 112, not because I need to be that skinny forever, but because we're planning a trip overseas later in the year, where they like their foods rich and sweet. Of course I will want to try the local cuisine, but I don't want to come back 10 pounds heavier! 112 allows me a 5 pound cushion (technically 8, but I never want to be at red flag 120 again, so I'm lowering my red flag number to 117).
I hope you haven't gotten tired of waiting for a new post from me, and look forward to hearing from you again soon! My daughter, by the way, has decided to eat a more vegetarian diet, so if anyone has any suggestions for tips, please send them my way!
