I didn't stick to my meal plan last night. I knew my meal wasn't something my husband would eat. Trying to make separate meals is hard when we don't see eye to eye on nutrition. Instead of sweet potato, black beans, and green beans, I had beef ravioli with two slices of garlic toast. Sounds okay, but pasta and parmesan cheese are a weakness. I thought about those 4 pounds I want to keep off and had a second helping anyway.
There are a few things I noticed about yesterday that didn't help. Next time, I'll try to remember to pack up the leftovers before I sit down to eat. I also need to make sure I drink enough water and have a midday snack, so I'm not famished by dinnertime.
Today is a new day. I kicked it if with a 60 minute workout and since I didn't have my planned dinner, I know what I'm having for lunch!
