Good morning friends! Haven't blogged for a while. Been really busy. Who knew when I started this 2 months ago that I would actually be able to lose weight like this. I have lost a total of 21 lbs and am at 204. My first short term goal is 200 so I am 4 lbs. off. Hubby and I have settled into a good routine of what we can eat and what we cannot. I am no longer using the food counter. I pretty much know how much and of what I need. We have 4 months till we go on vacation to Florida. My goal for that is 160. That is 44 lbs. I think that is a good weight goal to have. 10 lbs. per month. I am so excited to know that by fall I will be at a new person! So exciting. Can't wait to have to go shopping! Have a blessed day.
