I decided that, if I am going to get my blogs written, I need to do it before I get too tired to think at the end of the day. It only took me 6+ months to figure it out (lol), but I am thinking it may be possible to get this licked.
It was an exhausting week last week, and my food choices reflected that. I did manage to "maintain" and not gain, but I did not get nearly enough exercise in betweeen meetings and conferences. It also affected my overall energy level as I dragged through the week.
My goal for this week is to get as much swimming in as I can and do as much strength training in as possible before I swim. I have to remember to honor myself before I collapse in a chair at the end of the day.
