thought wud blog about my food and workouts everyday so I can keep consistent on my blogging!!
I will be blogging the next day about the previous day!! I am trying to do a 80-20 paleo/primal way of eating for some time..Want to see how long the streak lasts...
Day 1: 4th March 2013
Breakfast: 2 medium eggs + half an avocado + sriracha sauce + 1 cup black coffee
Snack: 8 whole cashews roasted and unsalted
Lunch: 2 cups cabbage + 2 cups green beans + 1 chicken thigh cooked in coconut manna and dry spices
Afternoon Snack: 2 cuties + 1 cup black tea
Pre-Workout snack: GNC protein powder (mostly natural with 2 grams sugar) + Almond milk vanilla unsweetened
Dinner: Chicken breast + spices + cabbage + brocolli
Post-Dinner: 1 cup home made yogurt + 4 pistachios
Workout: 30 min lower body ST + 45min elliptical
