It is day 4 in the challenge and I have to say I am doing really good about logging my food. I have the sparkpeople APP on my smartphone so when I am not near a computer I can also enter my food. It does take a little time but I am finding if I do it at that meal I dont have as much to do later so this APP really has helped me alot. I could do better about being on the lower range of my calorie intake but there are some days seem hungrier than others, anyone else have those days?? Keep sparking!!
